Thriving Workplace

The Thriving Workplace is the latest workplace design framework for the Knoll brand. The goal was to build an online experience that introduced architects and designers and Knoll sellers and dealers to this new research. For this project, I designed and implemented the landing page, planned an email and social campaign and helped the sales team market a virtual event.

The Web Design

The Thriving Workplace landing page is a digital representation of the visual language of the research paper. The page tells the story of the Thriving Workplace by highlighting the main themes, takeaways and recommendations for designing a post-pandemic workplace.

I worked with Knoll's graphic designer to choose graphics from the research paper, and using the research as the starting point, wrote copy for each section. I worked with the research, marketing and communications teams to finalize the copy and design.

Within the web page, I utilized the CMS functionality to create “drawers,” which at the beginning of the page, include internal sales tools and specification tools for Knoll sellers and dealers. Further down the page, the drawers dive deeper into key themes of the research.

The Marketing

Using the research as the starting point, I identified key highlights and statistics that architects and designers on social media would find interesting when beginning to design post-pandemic workplaces. Knoll's graphic designer incorporated the data into infographics that I used to create a social media campaign for LinkedIn.
